I've used the ThumbPop method to add the photos now, are they showing?

USDA Steaks @ The Food Warehouse
Mrs got these from a fairly new store in Banbury, it appears that it is a new venture by Iceland. £6.00 each. Will try at the weekend. Not Prime but seems a good price? Can't remember the weight though I think they were 270g.

Re: Fuel For Snake Method
I use the snake method using briquettes with my OTP, works great. As Essexsmoker says it's a good idea to mark the lower vent so you have some idea of the opening.

Re: Blues smokehouse Bracknell
I planned to go there last year. Had to go to Bracknell for work. Was due to go around 3.00 pm for a site induction, then go here for something to eat, then back to site to do my work late in the evening when everyone had gone home.
Luckily I was able to do my work straight after the induction. I ...

Re: Mobile bbq
Yeah the fridge at the back is definitely open to the public. I have been in there twice and the first time I went in was when I asked about whole briskets and he took me in there and I asked him if it was ok for me to go in there and he said that it was open to the public and that this is where ...
