Short Ribs

Post by Deano »

Saw some Short Ribs at the local butchers for 4.99 so I thought I would give them a go for the first time

Rubbed with homemade rub:-

Foiled:-

I think it was about 6 hours, could have done with a touch longer, but family were impatient!!

Will definitely do again though, not too expensive and tasted really nice.
