Or even the weber roast rack, turned upside down and just bend the legs in, just a cm! Thats what I use in the wsm!

yep i have done rolled lamb legs with chunks of hickory and pork racks with apple chips

wsm's are a great bbq & they are fun to cook with, & I mean fun! but in saying that if I could rewind the clock 3 years ago! Instead of buying a weber kettle & a weber 320Q & the smokey mountain! I would of brought a yoder pellet smoker! but thats how the bbq bug starts!

Hi, how do I cook chicken wings & thighs in the wsm? I have done them 3 times, they come out tasty but the skin is like plastic!! if I cook them in the kettle all good!
but I like playing with the wsm, so I wish to get this meat right! we have people coming over this weekend, and iam going to do 25 ...

I see they now do wing and rib marinades! (in australia) so england should get them soon or if not have them now!
