Re: Alright you meaty lot
I wouldn't bother with a Bradley, I thought about getting one when I started out smoking and undertook a lot of research. The one thing that kept popping up was the unreliability, heating elements failing etc. Plus there's the significant cost of the briquettes.

Why not just say...this is a blatant advertising post?
Anyway, I refuse to buy it solely on the basis that you spelt it flavors.

Re: Aldi £4 pork shoulder - test cook!
If it was brined it would have to say so on the label. I can't see anything on there so I can only assume that it's not.
I've had their shoulder before and it wasn't brined.

Re: Evening all,
I started out with a WSM and then moved on to a Yoder YS1500 but that was for commercial reasons. I love my Yoder, I simply cannot fault it, the build quality is superb, the temperature control is spot on and the ability to set the temperature and forget it is worth its weight in gold, particularly ...

Re: Burgers
I bought a mincer from Lidl for my 'garden kitchen' thinking it would do the job as every other kitchen gadget I've bought from there has worked fine......utterly useless.
I also have a mincer attachment for my Kenwood mixer and it will deal with anything you throw at it, fantastic bit of kit.
