Is this a 57cm grate that's cast iron throughout, or the smaller insert for the "Weber Gourmet BBQ system"?

I've been using one of those cheap Brinkmann racks which can hold 5 at a stretch. After foiling I'd put the ribs back in the rack as before, and didn't notice a difference in the end result.

As I understand it, it's the point where moisture starts to evaporate from the surface of the meat, causing the meat's temperature to stop increasing - as a result of evaporative cooling, like sweating.
