Man-law lid thermometer

Bought one of these to replace Weber one.
This is very accurate as I had my maverick in as well at same time, to compare.
Weber one was well out of range.
Purchased on USA e bay.

On my 7th the Weber charcoal grill,
Got this one delivered from germany
As this model was not available in this colour in uk. Wow it was at door
Within 48 hrs. Opened box,what most of the parts,handles,thermometer, clips,etc
Have been removed from bags.gone.look at box and No sign whatsever of ...

Temp probe is essential for internal temp reading ,it's not about how long you cook it because it usually stalls but reaching around 205f in middle of pork then it will shred.

I have 3 other Weber grills but decided to add one of these to collection. great entry level at £55 will do for
A quick small feed rather than booting Up larger grills.good value and compact as name suggests.

Had this a month now and the grate Sears steaks etc brilliantly, presentation Even better with those charred Sears.worth the upgrade.
