Hello, thinking of using the snake method to slow cook a pork shoulder this week, I use big k briquettes at the moment, as it burns round is it likely to taint the mean because of the fresh briquettes lighting? Like the IDE of it but don't want to ruin my pork!! Advise will be greatly appreciated ...

do you mean electrical pannel grommets? if so i have a load of 20mm and 16mm i could send you? let me know if its any good?

hello, iv just baught myself a webber one tough premium for my 20th birthday present to myself so look forward tobrowsing the forum and taking advantage of all of the knowledge on here. plan on cooking my first low and slow pork shoulder this weekend!
