Re: Peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake..help please
Cheers. I will give this recipe a go. Is it baked?
The cheesecake in the Reds book is an unbaked recipe and I was not using salted peanuts in the base but that appeals.

Re: Peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake..help please
The part that I can't seem to get right with the process is creaming together the sugar (300g) with smooth peanut butter (120g). Seems too much sugar to get the right consistency and the cake ends up overly sweet with only a hint of peanut butter. I guess drop the sugar and increase peanut butter to ...

Peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake..help please
Just tried this recipe out of the Reds book, and I cannot get it to work. Several other recipes have been superb and photography in the book is great.
Has anyone tried it or have a decent recipe for a cheesecake like this?
Thanks.

Sounds good, but living on Dartmoor I don't have a Makro anywhere near me.

Re: Charcoal issue...
I use the Big K restaurant grade charcoal which I get from outdoor gourmet. Great guys, very helpful and £15 for 15Kg. Had one dodgy bag with small lumps, but on the whole very pleased with it. They also sell Bulworthy Project charcoal. No association, just a happy customer:

Fribin Ribs
I've read one of the threads on here and Fribin Baby Back ribs seem pretty good. Can anyone confirm if the ribs come individually wrapped or if they are frozen together in one big lump?
Thanks.
Thanks.

That peanut butter and chocolate tart is amazing. Done it 3 times and good every time. Missus loves it.
Has anyone made the Mother Sauce? Do you think it can be frozen in smaller batches as the recipe makes 2.5L?
