Kamado BJ did some awesome chicken yesterday!!
Super crispy skin, juicy meat. It was amazing! Nothing on the chicken either, just plain ol' chicken to see what BJ is capable of.

I've always just taken a lemon, zested it, added salt, oil and thyme leaves to the zest, crushed it up and rubbed the bird.
Cut slits in the zested lemon, shove more thyme in the slits and bung the lemon up the birds butthole.
Then, and here's the magic... cook it!
always comes out lovely!

I see lots of votes for ACH15, Blue Bag, LWP, etc, but has anyone used the Big K 15KG Boxed 'Best Grade Restaurant'?
I ask as Ocado are selling it for £20 a box at the moment, and that ...

New to the forum, and starting to really get into BBQ. Fed up with my little brother telling me his undercooked chicken is the lick!
