The kit was from eBay, I can't see the exact kits any more. It was a 5 piece precast dome.
Base and housing made myself separately. (including the speakers fitted to the housing :lol: )
It was originally built in the open - but due to a bad summer on its first year I couldn't dry it out enough to ...

Nothing that impressive - it is a dome construction but precast kit form dome and I built the rest around it.
But still produces some decent Pizzas

I have the iGrill 2, cant say I knew anything about the cables not touching the grills.
The cables are not plastic coated, they are wire braided. But all works good so far.
Only issue I have is trying to get hold of spare probes/ambient temp probes in the UK
