Re: Restaurant Grade Lumpwood In London (by the bag)
Costco only have instant lighting stuff
Although they do have the 24" Kamado Pit Boss which was very tempting
Think I'll just use regular lumpwood for this one as I'm cooking tomorrow
Let's just hope I don't get a bag of dust !

Suns out and I wanna get my Q on
For my first couple of smokes, I used Bar Be Quick briquettes which I'd imagine are full of nasty binders and such so I've decided I'd like to use restautant grade lumpwood from now on
I called up Big K as they are just around the corner to me but ...

Re: #%*€'ing Weather
My smoker is in its own little shed so I can use it whenever
Going to add a small extractor right above the smoker itself so I can kick back in there without killing myself lol

Automatic Temprature Control UK Sellers
Hi guys
Just wondering if anyone knows of a UK seller for a temp controller
I would like to buy a BBQ Guru DigiQ or a Pitmaster IQ but since paying an extra 40 odd quid tax on my Smoke E-Z I'm not that keen on buying from across the pond anymore (unless I really have to)

Hi All From North East London
Hey
I'm Billy
I've been reading the forum for a couple of weeks now so thought I'd get involved
I currently have a 22.5" Weber Kettle One Touch with a Smoke E-Z modification
I've smoked some ribs and a few pork butts so far with mixed results
I hope to see you on the forums
