Hey bbq fans
Suns out and I wanna get my Q on
For my first couple of smokes, I used Bar Be Quick briquettes which I'd imagine are full of nasty binders and such so I've decided I'd like to use restautant grade lumpwood from now on
I called up Big K as they are just around the corner to me but they tell me there's a minimum spend of fifty quid
So question 1 is..
Is there is anywhere in or around London where I can pick up a bag or two over the counter ?
And 2
Are the briquettes I've been using that bad ?

Costco only have instant lighting stuff
Although they do have the 24" Kamado Pit Boss which was very tempting
Think I'll just use regular lumpwood for this one as I'm cooking tomorrow
Let's just hope I don't get a bag of dust !
