Re: Freezing Pulled Pork
I am thinking of getting a vac sealer. Quick question though please. If you freeze a bag of pulled pork do you have to defrost or can you biological straight off?

Re: Webber One Touch or Smokey Mountain?
hey there.
I have a proq excel 20 (similar to WSM) and a 57cm one touch premium.
In my opinion they are quite different beasts.
If you want to cook low and slow then its the wsm or excel 20 all the way.
For more traditional grilling bbq then I use the one touch.

Seemed much easier.
Ive just lighted some of the tesco briquettes on my grill and after only an hour they are vanishing to nothing.
Avoid I think in future

Charcoal locally
Hi all again
Used my excel 20 for the first time yesterday with success.
Made some tasty beer but chickens which everyone enjoyed.
I did however have a problem getting the unit above 220f even with the vents fully open.
I was using charcoal briquettes from tesco which may have been the problem.

I have bought an excel 20 and am looking forward to giving it a go.
God knows I love bbqing!
I'm going to start off simple and work up to cooking for a party in august.
First will be a beer but chicken and then onto smaller cuts of pork and beef.
