after the obligatory check on amazon, mine will be winging its way over.....
+ I quite like the green not liekly to mix it up with salt and pepper. you get 2 spare jars? assuming they are properly air tigtht sounds like a home mix for lamb, pork and beef! (chicken is the Mrs department)

tough one depends which one you want to get close to
If you want a more american tasting one I'd reccomend upping the salt and sugar for a start
then chilli's n peppers, blitz bell pepers and substitute them for some of the tomatoes
and the classic chiptle /ancho taste we don't have these fresh but ...

and any substutes for peanut butter? possibly some sesame oil blended up with butter?

cant go wrong with rosemary
if you want to mix it up
garlic, lemon and olive oil infused with basil + bit of salt is good really lets you taste the lamb aswell

bbq madness in kent continues all year round
they've stopped selling coal at the supermarket so though this would be a good place to find some links
I ended up using 'swallow aquatics' over 50squid and delivery is free so they can find me

mostly I use a largish cast iron fire pit (1m) with custom ...
