Well here in the USA you can find pits made like this for between 100.00 US and 300.00 US depedning on materials used of course.

I peronally use the Weber 22 1/2 " WSM for competitions and back yard smoaking. I use Kingsford charcoal briquets and hickory chuncks. I can find the hickory chucks very easy here in the southern part of the United States.

Here in the United States there are several choices of BBQ sauces to be had. Basically you have light tomato , heavy tomato,vinager, mustard and now even a few fruit based sauces as well.

How do you find the big WSM? I find mine burns a little hotter than the 47 but I do still love it.

That there isn't a "mini smoker", it is my ProQ Excel20, but with only one stacker. Here is my whole setup. Check the Excel 20 "Maxi-Smoker in the middle.
