Quick Brisket help

I have never cooked bristket before so bought some to cook overnight on the ProQ ready to eat tomorrow afternoon.

Now having never had any and seen sime at competitions, is the Brisket i have too thin at about 2" max??

I wss planning to do it for a long time but lit the BBQ before checking the bag ...

Well its been such a long time since i posted here i almost need to reintroduce myself... lol

Am back after moving house and sorting myself out a bit.
Havent updated the page or website for ages but it will be done soon..

Gtting to grips with the ProQ too and loving it!!

Cheers, used the cocoshell before, and it is damn good stuff... Will hopefully pick up an upright at Grillstock, so will use the Cocoshell for that, then use the remaining 'normal' briquettes and the lumpwood for the offsets and grilling...

Thanks guys,

I have a few bags of Cocoshell briquettes coming, so will use the remaining stuff in conjunction with it..

Will look at the other threads too, thank you
