Can personally vouch for Bob as won a selection of ribs from the last BBQ magazine which were all excellent. And he even threw in a tub of A&O Moomami

Fuel wise you mush be somewhere near Fitzpatrick Fuels at Milnsbridge. Their South African lumpwood is great. £15 for 12kg nice big chunks and a good long burn.
