Re: Hi From West Yorkshire
HIya from a fellow Tyke. Sunny Queensbury here. Depending on where you are in Yorkshire I have a contact that occasionally gets decent amounts of wood. Bought 2 feed sacks full of Cherry (around 20kg) off him for £10

Re: The elusive Brisket
Either James or Mark Burley http://www.bobsfamilybutchers.co.uk/ Both do excellent BBQ cuts and can source the best quality USDA or Aussie briskets. Can personally vouch for Bob as won a selection of ribs from the last BBQ magazine which were all excellent. And he even threw in a tub of A&O Moomami

Fuel wise you mush be somewhere near Fitzpatrick Fuels at Milnsbridge. Their South African lumpwood is great. £15 for 12kg nice big chunks and a good long burn.

Hi James. Welcome, not been a member here for long myself. Hope you can drum up a little business from the members here (especially if you offer them a little discount lol) And thanks again for the mini elevator rack I got from you a couple of weeks back, really has been useful. Re: Looking for a Kamado bbq
The guy at Quinta is very helpful. Not bought the Kamado from him but have had some accessories. My sister owns the 24" Pit Boss from Costco which she bought at the end of their season for £200. She must use it at least 3 times a week and absolutely loves it. Also if you're interested there's a guy ...

Home made mini kamado heat deflector
I have a mini Kamado and had been having great difficulty sourcing the frame and heat deflector. The guy I bought the Kamado does do them but is out of stock and won't be getting them in again for around 8 weeks. So been sat scratching my head and searching vainly for an 8" pizza stone to use. I ...

Its only a small one for the time being till I can convince my bank manager (otherwise known as 'the wife') of it's benefits. And till I get to learn all the dark arts of course.
