I was hoping to be putting the hopper of my Traeger together again, having fitted my replacement 3-way controller, and an over-riding relay as part of my own controller project. But it is tipping it down out there, so it can be a job for another day.

I am on holiday next week, part decorating, part playing with toys; so I am hoping that once the weekend is over, we will have some sunshine.

Smoke house, I saw one of them at chatsworth show, the wife wants one but our garden has no room. Shame.

Not going to brave elements today.

No luck so far, a proper little storm outside.

Hope so, then i can get back outside instead of doing relishes, pickles, and sauces. Mind you we are getting our fist potatoes out this weekend so that will be something to look forward to.

Well, my brother and sister-in-law were coming up to visit me in June, to spend the day and see the "new" (to them) smoker.

With all the bad weather, we agreed to postpone, and pencilled in a weekend in July, thinking that surely the weather would improve by then.

That's next weekend, and I'm wondering if we should postpone again.
