Hi Everyone just popped in to say I have added a new category for this weekends competition, we are now running "Anything But" this can be anything you want to cook, still away so havent worked on all the details ie hand in, but may have this judged on Saturday, This has been added to increase the variety for competitiors. This doesnt have to be 6 individual portions but there does need to be enough to feed 6. This will not be presented in blindboxes allowing you to be creative, everthing will be blind judged.
