Cleaning my Excel.

Post by Shaky »

Hey again y'all,

Just a quick (and dull) query....

Was just wondering about the degree of cleaning I should use upon my excel after every session. Wasn't sure if I am supposed to be cleaning it spotlessly from toe to top after every cook or letting it build up a bit for added flavour? :D

This isn't me trying to get out of cleaning :P

Cheers all.

Shaky.

The only cleaning I ever do is the water pan. when I fire it up next time, I brush off the grills, and that's about it. I am a firm believer in having a well-seasoned smoker.
