I used this recipe at the Rudgewick weekend and managed to get a 3rd place in the vegetable category and it's also been a big hit with friends & family this year so I thought I’d share it with you guys.
Put the following in a saucepan:
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup butter
2 canned chipotle chillies, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Warm gently and mix together, once the butter has melted pull of the heat and put to one side.
Brush over your cooked corn whilst still on the grill and then serve.
