Smokin' in East London

Hi all,

I'm a writer and web designer living just near the new Olympic Park in East London. I recently acquired a ProQ Frontier and have started smoking and curing all manner of things!

This is a great resource and I look forward to learning new tips and techniques to help me perfect my smoking, curing and barbecuing.
