Any budding new teams

Post by Eddie »

If there are any new teams out their that need tips and info for competition BBQ you might want to sit down and watch this: http://www.bbqsuperstars.com/. Just click on the picking porkers link and watch a free video of a very good competition team in the USA willing to give away there preparation, tips and secrets of the game. The video is qiute long but it is not just what you see, it what they have to say as well.

Happy watching

Thanks for the post. We are a newly formed BBQ team in Bristol and hope to be taking part in Grillstock 2012. This means practicing through the winter! Nothing like smokin in the snow :D
