Do I remember you saying there is now a BBBQS discount with Liverpool pellets? What do we need to do - simply mention it when ordering?

(Or have I finally gone senile, and imagined it all!)

maybe a little senile ;) it wasnt me, i havent spoken to them, but people do have a tendency to organise deals for the society (without the society actually getting anything out of it) so maybe worth asking the question.

It didnt dont worry, think i should give them a call to get some samples, we need a decent supplier of pellets and it would be nice to endorse someone.

They seemed pretty approachable when I asked about discount codes, definitely worth an ask. Especially good as they do pellets and charcoal

I am still hopeful (based on no evidence at all, I hasten to add) that Liverpool Pellet's importing and selling the Lil Devils at the current price is them dipping their toe in the water. After all, they are the UK's biggest supplier of heating pellets, so it would be really cool if they went into production with a UK-sourced food pellet.

The more people that order from them, the likelier this might become.

GMG Premium Gold Blend pellets are still the cheapest I can find at Americanbbq > http://shop.americanbbq.co.uk/gmg-premi ... h-89-p.asp

And I know they are made by the same manufacturer as my smoker, so no worries about compatibility.

LWP charge an extra £9 to ship to Devon. Ouch!

SUMMERTIME currently gets you a 2% discount.

Pretty miserly, but it all helps I suppose ;)
