I've got grits in my cupboard at all times - my time in the states has addicted me to them (does that make sense!?!?!?) - i've pretty much hit them with everything - i particularly like cheddar, a bit of parmesan for depth and them topped off with some black pudding - sacrilege in the deep south i'm sure, but damn tasty!
