Barbecoa are running a short rib cooking challenge over the weekend.

Anyone on here doing this? It's being judged on Monday.

Thanks then I can show them to my butcher. The only short ribs I ever knew of (34+ years ago) were the top sections of rib roasts which were tied up and know as "Oven-busters".

Remember Steve, I'm the one picking up your ribs, by the time you get them you'll just have a bag of bones
