Not watched the auditions yet but would love to see Joe and Chris make the cut. Joe (Tippy Canoe) is an awesome cook, he's an Iowa boy so I had a few drinks at his Royal pitch with Ryan in 2010 and he's a top guy.

Chris is a leg-end, really funny bloke and his Colin's Creek rub is freakin' awesome.
