Well guys n gals the "BBQ Grillin" season is upon us, ASDA (other supermarkets are available) have their range of bbqs out. More importantly they are selling bone-in shoulders of lamb (1.5Kg) for £8.00

Those lamb shoulders are ripe for some pulled lamb on flatbreads.

I snuck 1 in for low-n-slow over the weekend. I'se banned from serious meat buying.....3 legs and 2 other shoulders of lamb, probably about 5 whole shoulders if you glued the joints back together, all sitting nicely organised in the freezers





My boss has said that they would get me a company Costco card so let's hope they can and do

sounds just like my freezer, full of potential BBQ, have been working my way through it, though still get tempted easily by slabs of meat.
