Can confirm the hash house a go go do a cracking breakfast. Huge plates of proper corned beef hash, eggs and peppers, they'll throw in a beer for an extra $ I believe it was. We wandered in on the off chance and ended up going 4 times in a week.
We also had some great steaks in Vic and Anthony's inside The Golden Nugget casino on freemont. The leftovers tasted just as good the next morning for breakfast.

Cool, which Hash House did you go to?

It was the one inside the Imperial Palace. Small escalator pretty much in middle of the casino floor. If youre planning to do much casino hopping I recommend making use of the free monorail shuttle between the casinos or buying a multi day ticket for the other one. You'll have a great time.

Well i'm back, and boy was Vegas a blast, so much to do and very little time to do it all.
Food wise, Hash House A go go was just pure food porn, i had the sage fried chicken w/ fresh spinach, hardwood smoked bacon, market tomato, griddled mozzarella, chipotle cream and scrambled eggs, and it was one of the best breakfasts i had ever had.
Also tried the BLT Burger joint in the Mirage hotel, again, the patty was cooked medium rare and just tasted so good.
Lynyrd Skynyrd Beer & BBQ bar was also great, great music while you eat off there smoked bbq menu, real tasty.
Down side was i didn't get a chance to meet Toby for a beer, just not enough time, looking forward to hearing your tails.

Well the time has finally arrived.. I am off to Vegas on Monday morning for 7 nights! Time to re-read the thread and double research the best BBQ in the area! So thanks for your input and I shall let you know how I got on with my face-stuffing experiences.
PS, I'm topping the visit off with a fantastic view: http://www.stratospherehotel.com/Tower/Rides/SkyJump
