Great service from MacsBBQ

Feel free to ask any questions, one of the experts will certainly respond, don't be afraid to ask anything, we were all beginners at some point.

Great service from MacsBBQ

Post by tweetiepooh »

This is my first post and there doesn't really seem to be a section for good service and since this is a Help section for beginners seems a good place.

My Weber fell apart (only 2 years old but not looked after very well) so needed a new BBQ for general purpose cooking, bit of grill, bit of roast, bit of smoking so went for a ProQ Trailblazer Deluxe. The big heavy boxes arrived and I put together the side smoke box and found a fair sized gap at one corner. Now I know this is not meant to be air tight or as "good" as a specialised smoker but this didn't look right.

I sent some photos to MacsBBQ and to the vendor where I bought it. Had a call from Ian at MacsBBQ and discussed the issue. The nett result is a new side box coming and I get to keep the old one for spares.

I think that's great service and deserves mentioning.
