A whole summer's cooking in one go
I know nothing about offsets other than what I've read here, but (and this will no doubt show my ignorance) would it not be possible somehow for one of the temp gauges to register the bottom rack rather than both registering the top on each side.

Awesome especially given it was built for Big Dane at West Coast Customs, the guy is a legend, I'd love to see him take it to a competition or two in the US
