hi all
my name is chris and i have been bbqing for about 27 years i have 8 bbq's including a weber summit gold d, a weber performer, a mexican fire pit and a chimanea i bbq almost every day including christmas day and every sunday dinner for the last 15 years. i cook bread, cakes as well as all cuts of meat, i love smoking but have not got a dedicated smoker at the moment. i have a passion for chilis (in fact i am a total chili head) and mexican food (my american cousin has a mexican wife) i am also in the process of writing a cookbook which has lots of bbq stuff in it.
un till recently i had not given any thought to there being a british bbq seen, but am so glad i have found you now so i can learn some more stuff.

Good to have you here. I know what you mean about chilies as I am growing at least 6 varieties this year.
