Exactly how i do mine , by eye & taste-ometer :mrgreen:

Did a huge pot for bonfire night and neighbours scoffed it all, i was asked for recipe and quantities and found the same........l couldnt put it to paper.

Thanks Steve but if i am correct the killer ingredients from ur post would appear to be "smoked nuggets of happiness"........hmmmm cunning, do you import these yourself .......... :lol:

I happen to know he gets his smoking nuggets of happiness from the same supplier he gets his tins of elbow grease from :lol:

Beating 12 year olds is a good hobby.

I just say thank F I didn't lose to a 12 year old!!! There were several teams there who were very good cooks but still suffered that fate, including the Texan and a number of professional chefs :lol:
