I've watched this a couple of times in the past, and sir, you are indeed generous he's more than a little mad!!!!!
Wouldn't say no to a taste test though. It's a format I may have to follow (the siting of the piggie not the madness) if I hope to get a suckling pig done this year. I'm still hopeful of rotisserie cooking it we'll just have to see how things pan out.

It's gonna happen. Don't know when but just found a place about 25 miles away that sells suckling pigs!!! Need to do some planning & research. Having watched that YouTube vid looks essential to get pissed before you start cooking

Yep that sounds like a great plan. There's a great porchetta style recipe in Wicked Good BBQ. Would fit perfect on a ranch.
