Saw this on another BBQ forum and thought the peeps here might be interested.

Totally take my hat of to this guy - obviously he didn't expect this level of take-up, but what a way to start your business.

There is something similar going on in Berlin whereby locals hold pop up restaurants in their own homes catering mainly to tourists. Its all a bit cloak and dagger due to legalities of holding such events in privates residences, but if it has reached Germany then maybe the UK could be next.
