Got the book on iPad Kindle app. If only I could find a way of printing the individual recipes. Afraid the iPad is going to get very sticky & smoky if I can't!

If you press the power button and the button at the bottom of the screen at the same time it will take a picture of the screen. You can then share / print that picture to your hearts content. Hope that helps. Simonliomer wrote:Agave Nectar - just picked it up from Holland & Barrett. Got the book on iPad Kindle app. If only I could find a way of printing the individual recipes. After the rave reviews I also bought this. Some lovely recipes. Am going to be trying the beef ribs and their brisket ones this weekend I think.
Bit annoyed that they don't offer ingredient-based alternatives to some of the sauces they use.

Feck. Made a mistake - damn Kindle application. Disregard my comment on the alternative sauce. I was looking at the brisket one and didn't see the alternative to the Butcher BBQ brisket injection.
