Chicken Thigh Rub
Anyone got any ideas for a great BBQ chicken thigh rub? What herbs and spics do you think compliment chicken the most?

Are you looking for a competition rub or one for eating at home?
The two can be very different beasts as you want a crowd pleaser with some real impact for competition Q. For home use you may choose something with more specific flavour notes and maybe more subtle.
