I don't see why not, crumbles cook so why shouldn't the aforementioned pud. Not sure what it will taste like

If you go anywhere near Arnside go to the chippy, the best fish and chips and they sell Cartmel puddings cheaper than the Cartmel shop do..

I did an upside down sticky toffee pudding recipe last year... It was good, but prefered the taste of the rice pudding - Both looked awful - tasted great!
