which one please?

Post by Chris6156 »

Hi all, great site.
I am thinking about upgrading my charcoal BBQ to a Weber 57cm kettle one touch. I have seen them in action, and read many reviews, so I was thinking about buying one, however through research I have now come across the Brinkmann smoker, I know the Brinkmann is a different way of cooking, but this has now got me interested.

So my question is should I buy a Brinkmann or a Weber? What do you guys prefer?

Cheers guys.

I'd suggest a search on Brinkman on the forum there are many mentions of it, this being a complete review. Basically they need a lot of work on them.

Both ! I found the Weber 57cm kettle one touch the best all rounder for being versatile so you can slow smoke a turkey indirect one day and fast grill a steak or burger another day, Seeing as you already have gas/charcoal grills I'd probably get a Brinkmann and learn low n slow on a new toy
