Hi from another new member from Bedfordshire

Post by Chris6156 »

Hi all,
Firstly what a great a site, I found this site by accident, so what a great accident! Hi to all members.
I am from Eaton Bray in Bedfordshire.
I have been into outdoor cooking for a long time, I am fortunate enough to have a friend that has a share in some woodland, so we do a lot of camping and outdoor cooking. This would include turning an old oil drum into an oven, which has cooked all sorts of joints of meat, which have tasted amazing.

Due to my job and shift patterns I have been unable to camping on a regular basis know, so I am doing more BBQ's at home instead. I have a gas BBQ and a oil drum charcoal style BBQ. I have cooked many different foods on the charcoal and gas.

I have now been looking at other methods, and this site looks like providing all the inspiration I need!

I can see my wife losing me to another forum site!
