If you look on Alibaba - you will see loads like this. Basically cheap chinese BBQ's. Quality wise - i would not expect them to last as long as a Weber (my one-touch has been sitting in the rain uncovered for 10 years, and it's still like new).

Ask the thickness of the steel used as you may have issues if it is too thin.

Cooking grates do rust - and yes, mine is rusted, but that doesn't affect the performance at all. Just rub it down, and off you go.
