Hi All

AS some of you know I have been a judge at a few comps, I am going to cook in the August Comp.

I managed to place in the first BBBQS COmp, second in Chicken.

I have all the KIt x1 pro Excel 20 and my secret rubs and BBQ sauce.

I would like someone who is able to watch temperatures whilst I sleep, help prepare Meat and help at hand In.

Hi Tom,

Gonna cut n paste this and mail a buddy. Notsure if he will be back from Holland by the time of the comp, but he has a WSM and know how to use it.
