Hello everybody, not been on for a while so I hope your all fit and well and enjoying the sun. Been watching a few videos on Youtube and come across a Cornish Game Hen. It looks like a little chicken to me, a one person portion size to me and you could get 8 on a 22.5" smoker. According to the vids they take about 3 hours to smoke to perfection. Anybody had experience of these or are they just " little chickens"?

Never smoked one, but they are delicious. Thayer a breed of chicken which is bred to be much smaller. Also called a poussin.
