BBQ pot

What sort of pot do people use if they cook beans or mac and cheese on the BBQ. I have a weber one touch and would like to cook some side dishes that I can serve at the table right of the BBQ.

Morning,

just about anything you would use in a conventional oven, stove top.
I use my fishing cookware on the bbq.

You can also buy potjies and dutch ovens for 'longer cooks'.

Cast iron is best IMHO. Either the raw dutch oven type of cast iron, or even enameled like Le Creuset, or Chasseur.

With Mac and Cheese you could use any oven proof ceramic dish.
