Never seen Brisket there - perhaps they brought it out specially for you. Ribs - I agree - I get mine at booker (though they are frozen). The whole chickens weren't too bad but had hock burns.
Brisket had 0 fat
Ribs were tiny, even for babybacks (shiners too)
Costco cater for the householder and restaurant, and they demand low fat. I will ask them about brisket next time I am there. What is the ideal amount of fat to have on a brisket?
