Peanut, honey BBQ ribs

Post by crphillips »

I had a play around with some racks of ribs the other day. Put a dry rub on, smoked for 3 hours, wrapped in foil with apple juice and cider vinegar for an hour and half.....the usual.

Then poured the juices from the foil into a pan, added some honey and peanut butter. Then mopped over the ribs at 10 min intervals for 45 mins or so........turned out really nice. The peanut and honey was a real nice flavour with the smoked pork ribs.

Very tasty. Just about to dig in to leftovers!
