There's been a lot of talk ( and even more tasting), of all sorts of cholesterol busting goodness, ie; fatties, moinks, tortoises etc..I got to thinking.
After talking to John at the last comp and having tried his armadillo eggs ( Mm, Mmmm, BTW John), what other easy, weird and wonderful meaty treats are out there?

I have had the traditional ABT but I prefer the way I make them. I considered its name and make them how I feel represents their name. I fill jalapenos with a buffalo style chicken dip, cover it with some cheese and a piece of bacon and sprinling of dry rub. Smoke them for 30-45 min. and then finish off at a higher temp until visibly finished.
