I'm sorry to hear that because mine is a beaut!
I got it Saturday set it up for a burn and after a wee burn to rid the manufacture nasties hit the bad boy with some ribs. A little over done, these things keep their heat. I need a lot of practise getting that down I think.
Sunday I put some couscous filled peppers, Corn Cobs and Berber Lamb chump chops! The best bit, they were cooked on the charcoal from the previous night that I'd shut down the vents on. I reckon I have another grill and then some of the charcoal in there. I'm actually chuffed to bits. A big thanks to the OP for spotting this!

She is beautiful!
I havent built mine, I did ribs and chicken wings ( my new favourite) in my proq on saturday. I had planned on building it sunday but a) was hungover b) it rained - lots.
On the hunt for more bargain B&Q are selling utensils at a £1 each, i bought a couple as they seemed good quality.
What i need is a new chimney starter, my landman one literally fell apart after less than 6 months.
