Just found a good butcher in the Bristol area, Easter Compton Farm Shop near Cribbs Causeway just off the M5 junction 17.
They sell Beef and Pork ribs,whole Briskets and Butts, both can be bought bone in if you want, Bison, Crocodile, Ostrich, Zebra, Kangaroo, Wild Boar and Game.
Quality is great and they will even deliver in the Bristol area if you order 50 quids worth, but they do need 48 hr notice.
