Indecisions, Indecisions WSM or ProQ

Post by derekmiller »

Some of you may be aware I havent been able to make a decision over the WSM or ProQ. Probably been going on for a good 18 months. Well the missus finally blew her top at the weekend, I am out of the country at the moment, but received this last night:

Sorry, did she blow her top at your procrastination, and that caused you to buy the WSM, or did you order it and she blew her top when it arrived?

If it's the latter you should have ordered it while you were there and she was away.

Your friend is the phrase "No dear, I've had that for ages".

So, you have both a WSM and a SWMBO who appreciates your hobby.

RESULT!

At least she cannot complain about how much you paid for it. :D :D :D

Try to season the baby before you cook with it.

I'm getting worried about this forum, 1 guy threading his nipples :o , another advocating seasoning babies before cooking  .....whatever next :D .

Great result, seems like you made a good choice a while ago when you decided who was going to be your BBQ partner ;)

Yep its a 57. All assembled now and waiting for use.
Her In Doors, has ordered me a whole shoulder of pork, the butcher will cut it into a butt and picnic for us, pick that up next Saturday, so hopefully will get started. :D

Yes, sure do, She enjoys outdoor cooking as much as me (if not more). Could be fights over who uses it next...
Although she did kick it out of the dining room, onto the patio. I suppose I was pushing it a bit..
Hopeing for some good weather next weekend.
